Anyone can use Campus Express. While we started with students in mind, we now serve individuals and non-students across India as well.
We handle packages and luggage of any size,from as little as 100 grams to unlimited weight, with no upper cap. This includes everything from small parcels under 20kg to large luggage and heavier shipments.
Yes, Campus Express offers international shipping in addition to our pan-India domestic service. There's no strict minimum weight, we accept international shipments starting from as little as 100 grams, up to unlimited weight.
Pricing is based on whichever is higher: the dead weight (actual physical weight of the parcel) or the volumetric weight, calculated as (Length × Breadth × Height in cm) ÷ 4000. This is standard industry practice, since bulky-but-light items take up cargo space proportional to their size, not just their weight.
Delivery typically takes 6 to 8 days. If there are any delays along the way, you'll be notified through our tracking portal so you're always aware of your shipment's status.
You can book directly on our website by entering your pickup and drop location, package details, and preferred time slot. Once booked, you'll receive docket labels to use as shipping labels, along with a confirmation message on WhatsApp and via email.
We offer doorstep pickup, no need to visit a courier center.
We accept most everyday items including luggage, clothing, books, and general packages of any size. However, the following items are restricted or require special caution due to their fragile, sensitive, or high-value nature:
- Laptops, monitors, and other fragile electronics
- Glass items
- Expensive jewelry
- Cash and cheques
- Government or administrative documents
- Other fragile items
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please check with our team before booking.
Electronic and fragile items can be shipped, but only if wrapped separately and securely in bubble wrap and shipped at the sender's own risk. Due to the higher chance of damage in transit, we generally do not advise shipping fragile electronics unless necessary.

Yes, we offer a packing service, but it's currently available only in select Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Availability may vary by location check with our team to confirm if it's offered in your city.
You can track your shipment in real time using your LRN (LR Number),simply enter it on our tracking page. Your LRN is provided at the time of booking/pickup and can be used to check your parcel's live status until delivery.
Yes, you can ship multiple boxes under a single tracking ID.
Yes, shipments to out of delivery Area(ODA) areas incur an additional charge of ₹750. These are locations outside our standard serviceable network that require extra logistics to reach.
