Campus Express

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Campus Express (“Campus Express”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website, WhatsApp chatbot, customer support channels, booking forms, shipment services, payment links, tracking tools, and any other platform operated by Campus Express.

By using our services, booking a shipment, submitting shipment details, making a payment, or interacting with our support channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Eligibility

By using Campus Express services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • The shipment details provided by you are true, complete, and accurate.
  • You are the sender, receiver, owner, or authorized representative of the goods being shipped.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, courier rules, and Campus Express policies.

If a shipment is booked on behalf of another person, company, hostel, college, or organization, the person booking the shipment confirms that they have proper authorization to do so.

3. Shipment Booking

Users must provide accurate shipment details at the time of booking, including:

  • Sender name and contact number
  • Receiver name and contact number
  • Pickup address
  • Delivery address
  • Pickup and destination pincode
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Type and description of goods
  • Invoice or declared value, wherever required
  • Any special delivery instructions

Campus Express will not be responsible for delays, failed pickups, failed deliveries, additional charges, shipment returns, or losses caused due to incorrect, incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the user.

4. Serviceability

Shipment acceptance depends on courier partner availability, pickup location, delivery pincode, shipment type, package size, package weight, operational restrictions, legal restrictions, and other service conditions.

A pincode being listed as serviceable does not guarantee pickup or delivery in all cases. Serviceability may change due to courier partner limitations, weather conditions, strikes, local restrictions, natural events, government orders, operational issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Campus Express reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or reschedule any shipment if the shipment is not serviceable or cannot be processed safely or legally.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be calculated based on:

  • Actual weight
  • Volumetric weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Pickup and delivery location
  • Courier partner pricing
  • Shipment type
  • Docket charges
  • COD charges, if applicable
  • Taxes and other applicable charges

The final payable amount may differ from the estimated amount if the actual weight, volumetric weight, package dimensions, pickup location, delivery location, or courier partner charges differ from the details initially provided by the user.

Campus Express reserves the right to revise the final invoice amount after shipment verification.

6. Payment Terms

Users must complete payment as per the invoice, payment link, QR code, UPI details, or payment instructions shared by Campus Express.

For prepaid shipments, payment must be completed before or within the communicated timeline to avoid delay in shipment processing.

If payment is not completed within the required timeline, Campus Express may:

  • Hold the shipment
  • Delay shipment processing
  • Mark the shipment as Cash on Delivery
  • Add applicable COD or handling charges
  • Cancel the shipment
  • Refuse further services until payment is completed

If a shipment is marked COD due to non-payment, additional charges may be added over the invoice amount as communicated by Campus Express.

Users are advised to verify the payment amount, invoice details, LRN/tracking ID, and payment details before making payment.

7. Payment Confirmation

After making payment, users may be required to share payment confirmation, transaction ID, or payment screenshot with Campus Express.

Shipment status will be updated only after successful verification of payment.

Campus Express will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect payment details
  • Failed transactions
  • Payment made to the wrong account
  • Missing payment screenshot
  • Delayed bank or UPI confirmation
  • Payment mismatch with invoice amount

8. Cash on Delivery

COD services, wherever available, are subject to courier partner rules, serviceability, additional charges, and verification requirements.

Campus Express does not guarantee COD availability for every shipment or every location.

COD remittance timelines may depend on courier partners, banking channels, verification processes, and operational conditions.

Any disputes regarding COD amount, remittance, deduction, failed delivery, return, or courier charges will be handled according to courier partner records and Campus Express internal verification.

9. Packaging Responsibility

The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the shipment.

The package must be packed safely and securely to withstand normal handling, loading, unloading, transit movement, and delivery operations.

Campus Express will not be responsible for damage, leakage, breakage, loss, or deterioration caused due to poor packaging, weak packaging, improper sealing, fragile items, liquid leakage, or unsuitable packaging material.

For fragile, liquid, glass, electronic, valuable, or sensitive items, the sender must use suitable protective packaging and clearly inform Campus Express before shipment booking.

  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen goods
  • Any item prohibited by law or courier partner policy

Campus Express reserves the right to inspect, hold, reject, cancel, or report any shipment suspected to contain prohibited, unsafe, illegal, or restricted goods.

The sender will be fully responsible for any legal consequences, penalties, claims, damages, losses, or charges arising from prohibited or restricted items.

11. Pickup and Delivery

  • Non-payment or COD refusal
  • Courier partner delivery failure
  • Prohibited or restricted item detection
  • Local delivery restrictions

Return charges, reattempt charges, storage charges, COD charges, handling charges, or other applicable charges may be payable by the sender or user as per Campus Express and courier partner policies.

14. Cancellation

A shipment cancellation request may be accepted only if the shipment has not already been picked up, processed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner.

Once a shipment is picked up or processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Campus Express reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Incorrect details

  • Prohibited items
  • Courier partner restrictions
  • Operational issues
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per the refund terms mentioned below.

However, Campus Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business loss, emotional distress, delay-related losses, or opportunity loss.

  • Courier partner investigation
  • Proof of shipment value
  • Packaging condition
  • Declared shipment details
  • Applicable courier partner terms
  • Campus Express internal verification
  • Any insurance or protection plan purchased, if applicable

Campus Express is not responsible for loss or damage caused by poor packaging, incorrect declaration, prohibited items, fragile goods, liquid leakage, natural events, government action, courier partner restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.
